A MUM has revealed how she makes all her seven-month-old's food for the month in under three hours.

20-year-old Maisie Crompton, shared her easy freezer meals in a recent TikTok video.

In the clip, she said: "Today I spent three hours in the kitchen batch making loads of different recipes for her to try."

"All of these are super quick and easy to make, while one was cooking I was getting on with the next one," the mum added.

She first made fruit and yoghurt strips – which she made by placing yoghurt and fruit in a silicone tray and putting it in the freezer.

Once frozen, you can then cut the yoghurt into strips for the perfect summer snack.
