Emily Andrea filmed a very special festive moment at home with the kids on Thursday, 9 December as Santa himself paid them all a visit.

The 32-year-old wife of Peter Andre shared a video of the meeting on Instagram Stories as Father Christmas sat perched on the stairs inside the family house singing Jingle Bells, whilst showing off impressive skills playing the accordion.

Dressed in his signature red outfit with a white fluffy trim, striped socks and a pair of black boots, Santa looked more than happy to perform the holiday song in front of Emily’s awestruck children.

“Such a surreal experience having Santa in our hallway this evening!” Emily captioned.

“The kids were mesmerised! Thanks so much Santa and @spacenk, it was really special.”

The doctor followed up the memorable interaction with a photo she uploaded later of Santa in deep conversation with son Theo, whose head was caught in the image gazing up at the visitor.

“Theo wouldn’t stop staring and asking questions! Very persistently asking where the reindeer are was the best,” Emily added.

In the background of the footage she shared with her 394,000 followers, the stairs inside the family home are decorated with ivy and baubles, elevating that festive spirit.

Emily recently discussed with OK! the typical approach she and husband Peter have in preparation for Christmas, stating that in general the pair are quite laidback when comes to decorations.

“We don’t really go that big with the decorations – we do have two trees, but other than that, we don’t go too crazy,” she said.

"We don’t do the outside of the house or anything like that, because I don’t even know how we’d start!”

Emily shares daughter Amelia, seven, and son Theodore, five, with Peter and spoke about how their children get in the mood for Christmas.

“I’ve done a bit of Christmas shopping, but I’ve still got a bit to go yet, although I don’t tend to buy the kids loads of stuff anyway,” she continued.

“They love their stockings the most, it’s their favourite part of the day. We’re all really excited about Christmas.

“I love this time of the year. We do Elf on the Shelf with the children – and the elves arrived last week, which Millie and Theo are very excited about.”
