James Argent has proudly shown off his weight loss as he headed out to run errands in Loughton, Essex.

The 32 year old The Only Way Is Essex star was all smiles as he walked around near his home.

Arg looked comfortable in sportswear as he donned a black Nike long-sleeved top with a white stripe down the side of the arm and a white Nike logo embellished on the chest of the top.

He paired it with a pair of black Nike shorts which, like his top, also had a white stripe down the side and white logo on the front.

James continued the casual look with a pair of black trainers as he walked down the sunny Essex street.

The reality star clutched his keys and phone in one hand while he strolled along and smiled widely.

The outing comes weeks after Arg, who last year was at his heaviest ever weight of 24 stone, unveiled his incredible weight loss on his own Instagram page.

Reality star James said he was “making progress” as he shared a photo of himself jogging while wearing a Gemma Collins jumper from her unisex In The Style collection.

He placed the photo next to an exclusive OK! magazine snap of himself from last April, where he was celebrating the arrival of Elliott Wright and wife Sadie’s newborn son William.

Arg proudly opened up about his transformation in the caption as he said: “I’m making progress, Inside & Outside,” followed by a praying emoji. He then added that he was taking things slowly as he said: “One day at a time”.

James, who reportedly checked into a retreat in Thailand earlier this year, is currently separated from his girlfriend Gemma, 38, during the lockdown.

And he pined for her as he shared a romantic throwback photograph of them together from happier times on Instagram.

The photo shows Gemma, 39, dressed in a pink jumper, a black sleeveless coat and a white beret as she locked lips with her man James, who sported a beige mac jacket.

Gemma and James were stood in front of a lit up Eiffel Tower in Paris, France.

In the caption, the TOWIE star penned a loving message to his girlfriend and revealed he is missing her.

He wrote: “Lockdown absolutely sucks without you GC but I understand you have to entertain the nation & put a smile on peoples faces at this difficult time! #imissyou #wellmeetagain,” followed by a broken heart emoji.
