MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace has shared photos of his incredible weight loss as he continues his fitness journey.

The 56-year-old showed of his toned physique in a shirtless image .

He shared his transformation to his 142 thousand followers on Instagram on Monday.

The celebrity judge has revealed he has lost a total of 4st.

Showing his muscular frame, Gregg shared two snaps of himself wearing a pair of loose fit shorts.

The first snap simply said: "Greggs back"

The second showed him holding a red cloth and roaring at the camera which he captioned: "Whatever age you are, whatever size, I can help you lose weight and be the person you deserve to be – look after yourself @showmefit."

Fans were quick to show their support and others asked for tips on how to get fit.

During an interview with Hello! Gregg admitted: "The four-stone journey from A to B was not a straight line.

'It went around a couple of McDonald's drive-ins, it stopped at a few kebab shops and it hit more pubs than it was supposed to have done, but it got there".

Since losing weight Gregg has started his own website to help others do the same.

He said: "You know how non-smokers can get really evangelical about smoking?

"Well, I got really like that with health and fitness. I'm 56 years old and I'm the fittest I've ever been.

"What I've learned from the psychologist on my website, Dr. Kevin Dutton, is that being good most of the time is good enough.

"We've got to live right – there's no way I'm going to the rugby and not having a pint of beer.

"It would be like washing my feet with my socks on. It just isn't going to happen."

The celebrity chef has revealed he has taken exercise very seriously for the pass three years.

He added: "Monday to Friday is serious and Saturday and Sunday are just fun – I like to go for a swim but it's still exercising.

"When I'm filming MasterChef out of lockdown, I go to my PT it is near the studio.

"Otherwise, he gives me a routine and changes it three or four times a year.

"On the website, there are six 30-minute exercises and none of them require any equipment at all."
