Rita finished the look off with a pair of mint coloured trainers for the video, building up a sweat as she pranced around in the sunshine.
Her trainer shared the video, writing: "Mood: Carnival" with a crying emoji, as Rita reshaped and added: "Carnival you will be missed big time this year."
