Sainsbury’s has announced it will slash prices on a number of items in stores. The retailer will offer a discount on clothing items that will be available when shopping in stores and online.
- Tesco, Sainsbury’s & Morrisons launch sales on these items
While the supermarket chain will often run promotional deals, it will launch a whopping 25 percent off all items in one range.
The deal was posted on ‘hotukdeals’ after being spotted by a savvy customer.
Posting on the website, they explained there will be a sale on all Tu clothing items.
The promotion will run from May 19 to 25 and will be valid across all clothing items.
It will be available to take advantage of during essential trips to the supermarket.
The super saving will also be available to order when shopping online.
A picture posted on ‘hotukdeals’ explained the deal is to clear existing stock and make way for new items.
The message said: “To begin creating space for further seasonal products, we’re running a 25 percent off stunt across all Tu clothing from 19th to 25th May.
“This activity will run both in stores and online.”
It was reported the promotion will run across both women’s and men’s items in the Tu range.
Children’s clothings, including baby and school uniform, will also be included.
- Morrisons launches next day delivery service for vulnerable customers
If ordering online, customers will need to part with an extra £3.95 for standard home delivery.
However, the website warned this deal could be subject to change and may not be available in all stores.
Customers should only make their way to stores if they are already making an essential food shop.
Over the last few weeks, Sainsbury’s has made changes to its operations to help keep customers and staff safe.
This includes only letting a certain amount of people in stores at one time and having queues outside.
The supermarket also urged customers to only visit with one adult per household.
It has now been announced these measures could stay in place until September.
