Killing Eve season 3: Why isn’t all of Killing Eve season 3 on BBC iPlayer?

Killing Eve season three has been airing weekly on Mondays on BBC iPlayer with episode seven landing next. The drama is set six months after Villanelle (played by Jodie Comer) shot intelligence investigator Eve (Sandra Oh) and fans have almost reached the end of the series. The dark comedy thriller series also airs on Sunday nights on BBC One.

Why isn’t all of Killing Eve season 3 on BBC iPlayer?

The third series of Killing Eve, which picks up from the dramatic cliffhanger in Rome, recently started airing on BBC iPlayer in the UK.

But fans have noticed not all of the eight episodes in the new series are available to watch on the streaming platform, which is also showing series one and two.

The BBC has said series three will be streaming weekly on BBC iPlayer as of Monday, April 13 and will later air on BBC One from Sunday, April 19.

The episodes on iPlayer will be available to watch from 6am on Mondays, and the new series will then air at 9pm on BBC One.

A reason as to why not all the episodes have been dropped at once has not been given, but the likely answer is so spoilers are not revealed before other people start the series on BBC One.

  • Killing Eve season 3: Is Killing Eve a true story?

Not everyone will have access to BBC iPlayer which means some fans are going to have to wait an extra week to start watching the new series.

If all the episodes were dropped on iPlayer at once, there is a big chance it would get spoiled for fans who have not yet had the chance to watch it.

Charlotte Moore, Director of BBC Content, said it was an exciting time for both the cast and fans of the show.

She said: “The fierce women of multi-award-winning Killing Eve are returning exclusively to BBC iPlayer and BBC One once again, to entertain the nation with more explosive action and breathtaking cliffhangers.

“I promise you that series three of this unmissable drama has been worth the wait.”

Fans were left heartbroken after one of the main characters was killed off in the first episode of the new series.

The cat and mouse saga continues with British writer Suzanne Heathcote (Fear The Walking Dead) on board as lead writer and executive producer, continuing the tradition of passing the baton to a new female writing voice.

A synopsis of the new series said: “Whilst Villanelle believes Eve is dead, Eve is hoping to hide in plain sight, until a death sets them on a collision course once more.”

Dame Harriet Walter will be joining the series as Dasha, someone Villanelle used to train with during her earlier days as an assassin.

The series is based on the Codename Villanelle novellas by Luke Jennings and sees Villanelle as the main character.

The BBC said Killing Eve is already BBC iPlayer’s biggest non-continuous drama of all time, with nearly 100million requests to watch the first two series so far.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly about the new series, Oh said: “The challenge to continue the relationship, to not repeat but to go deeper into it, is more difficult.”

Comer added: “The characters are in a totally different place, there’s a shift in energy and it’s moving forward with that.”

Both characters said trying to get the perfect balance between the wit and the darkness was one of the most challenging aspects of filming.

Comer has also teased what fans can expect in the new series, following the thrilling cliffhanger which shocked fans as Eve was shot.

She said: “That’s something that we’re going to look at and have to think about in [season] 3. As we tap into this woman’s emotions more or getting into the psyche of what she does feel and what she doesn’t feel, it’s: what is it about this woman that has such a hold?

“There’s so much to delve into in regards to that. We have to think about if she’s shooting her to kill her.”

  • Killing Eve cast: Who plays Geraldine in Killing Eve?

Fans who have not yet watched the first episode should stay away from Twitter if they want to avoid spoilers, have fans have already revealed a huge plot twist.

For those in America, they were in for a treat after AMC Networks moved the third season premiere forward by two weeks, as it had an original air date of April 26.

Speaking to Deadline Sarah Barnett, president of AMC Networks Entertainment Group and AMC Studios, said: “We know how adored this series is and we know how keen people are for great content right now.

“This season of Killing Eve digs deep psychologically, and with actors like Sandra Oh, Jodie Comer and Fiona Shaw the results are nothing short of astonishing. We literally couldn’t wait for fans to see it.”

Homecoming season 3 release date: Will there be another series of Homecoming?

We will use your email address only for sending you newsletters. Please see our Privacy Notice for details of your data protection rights.

Homecoming is a popular psychological thriller series airing on Prime Video since November 2018. The second series was given the green light and it first aired on the streaming platform on May 22, 2020. Fans are now wondering whether a third series will be given the go-ahead and here is everything you need to know.

WARNING: This story contains spoilers for Homecoming

When will Homecoming season 3 be out?

Homecoming is an American psychological thriller series which is based on the podcast of the same name.

Fans knew from the outset at least two seasons would air, with the second season taking a turn away from the original podcast.

New characters and stories were created for the second season, which was directed by Kyle Patrick Alvarez, and fans are already loving the creative spin.

Sadly as the new season has only just aired, it is too early to say whether a third series will be commissioned, although showrunners have hinted at a new season.

If a new season does get the go-ahead it is likely to air towards the end of 2021.

  • Vikings: What happened to Ragnar’s girlfriend Yidu? How did she die?

Who will be in the cast of Homecoming season 3?

A number of new characters were introduced to the new series and fans are keen to see more of them in a season three.

Hong Chau plays Audrey Temple, an assistant at Homecoming’s parent company called Geist Emergent Group.

Janelle Monáe plays Alex, also known as Jackie – a woman who goes in search of her identity after waking up on a canoe boat.

Chris Cooper may return as Leonard Geist, the owner of Geist Emergent Group, alongside Joan Cusack as Bunda, a representative for the Department of Defense who later works for Geist.

The series also includes a number of guest stars and recurring characters, so fans will have to keep an eye out for new faces in season three.

Is there a trailer for Homecoming season 3?

Sadly a season three has not yet been given the green light, there will not be a trailer available for some time.

Trailers usually drop a couple of months before the new season is released, so fans will be waiting until next year to see a new teaser.

However showrunners told Digital Spy there were “plenty of ideas for a third season” so it sounds like there is more content to come.

Eli Horowitz and Micah Bloomberg, who created the podcast, said: “We want you to have that feeling every time of thinking, ‘They told me a full story, they are not withholding something from me. But I enjoy this enough that I would spend some more time in this world.’

“Part of the magic trick for us is to tell what feels like this whole complete story and then when we go into the next part of the story, show you where the trap door was.

“There would hopefully be this feeling of satisfaction and that you didn’t know everything that first time.”

What will happen in Homecoming season 3?

Season two ended with Walter Cruz (Stephan James), a young military veteran, get revenge on Geist by joining with Leonard.

The pair spike everyone’s drinks at a party which causes them to pass out and suffer memory loss.

A new season is likely to pick up immediately after the party, with fans seeing the outcome of Walter and Leonard’s plan.

Showrunners have said a new series would explore “new and interesting avenues”, so a third season may take an entirely different direction.

The new season could in fact jump back in time to before the events of the first series took place.

  • The Grand Tour season 4 delay: Boss reveals set back on Amazon series

Fans have already taken to social media to praise the director of the latest series, with one fan saying on Twitter: “I just flew through Homecoming season two and it was so damn good. I’m legitimately sad that it’s over. Phenomenal job.”

Kyle Patrick Alvarez spoke to The Playlist about how he preferred making 30- minute episodes and he hopes to do this more in the future.

He said: “In the TV space, what I’m most excited about and hopefully being able to get to do more, is I’m excited with how you play with format and that’s what Homecoming does.

“It’s a 30-minute thriller, that’s not really a thing that existed, or there’s not a lot of it, right? It’s always an hour-long or it’s always got to be this giant global spanning thing.

“And here, this is these seven short episodes and there’s something thrilling about that, there’s something digestible about that.

“You’re asking less of a commitment from an audience and because of that, you can play more and you can play with expectations more. So I hope to get to keep on doing that and keep on, really as simple as saying, I would love to just keep making 30-minute drops.”

Homecoming is available to watch on Amazon Prime Video now

Sloan From Entourage Is Everything I Love About Early 2000s Style

Sloan From Entourage Is Everything I Love About Early 2000s Style

If you’re wondering which old HBO TV series you’re going to binge next, you should probably start with Entourage. That was the spontaneous decision my fiancé and I made as we sat down to dinner one night a few weeks back. And now here we are: eight seasons through — well, twice over, since we both initially watched the show when it aired in the early 2000s — and I have decided to overhaul my entire closet and shop for anything and everything Sloan McQuewick wore — starting with this black silk top one would throw on to go clubbing and low-slung jeans.

For those who don’t know, Sloan, played by Emmanuelle Chriqui, is E’s SO throughout the show. I won’t tell you about their relationship timeline and where they end up, because that’s for you to find out, but I will tell you that it’s not as important as Sloan’s awesome outfits, which will be your main takeaway when you watch (or rewatch) the show. If you loved The O.C. and you couldn’t decide whether your look more mirrored Summer Roberts’s or Marissa Cooper’s, Sloan is the perfect blend of the two. For special events Sloan even wore feminine, brightly colored minidresses that Gossip Girl‘s Blair Waldorf would approve of with thick belts or sequined scarves that Serena van der Woodsen probably owned. She is, for this reason, everything I love about fashion from the early aughts. Her wardrobe could fill an entire mood board.

Even though many of the episodes took us to parties, where Sloan dressed up in cocktail attire, we saw glimpses of her at home style too. She’d wear lightweight, professional looking linen separates and pantsuits while on the phone with Eric, confidently putting him in his place because he was skipping out on their planned brunch to cater to Vince. *Eye roll* She’d wear slub-style sweaters layered over bright tanks — a casual combination that just looks like sweats when I try it, but, when on Sloan, could be straight out of a Skecher’s ad in a Cosmo Girl! 15 years ago. Sloan’s printed wrap dresses could make Diane von Furstenberg jealous, and she had all of the necessary statement earrings to match, from oversize hoops to chandeliers.

Scroll down for a quick look at some of Sloan’s notable moments on Entourage, which is still streaming on HBO NOW and HBO GO, and put the series on your must-watch list for the fashion fix you weren’t fully expecting and didn’t know you needed.

Life and Birth: What is a neonatal intensive care unit? What is it like there?

We will use your email address only for sending you newsletters. Please see our Privacy Notice for details of your data protection rights.

Life and Birth is a new documentary series on BBC One which was made by the same production team behind One Born Every Minute. The insightful series gives viewers unique insight into what it is like giving birth in all kinds of situations. Camera crews were allowed access to the neonatal intensive care unit to give updates on the poorliest of babies.

What is a neonatal intensive care unit?

The camera crews filmed every moment of the birth process and did not shy away from anything, as they wanted to provide the most realistic experience for viewers.

Executive producers Tom Currie and Simon Kerfoot have spoken exclusively to about what it was like filming the most sensitive of moments.

Viewers have already seen inside the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) where babies are taken if they are born unwell.

One of the precious babies who spent a long time there was Phoebe, who was born with heart problems as she was premature.

This particular episode left fans feeling emotional as mum Jodie was not able to hold her newborn child for a long time.

  • Life and Birth on BBC: Can you give birth without pain?

Currie said: “We didn’t want to shy away from any stories, including complications, and it was key for the series to highlight important issues such as post-natal depression, miscarriage and stillbirth.

“They are all still quite ‘unspoken’ issues in the wider world, but they affect so many. This required great sensitivity on the part of our brilliant filming teams, as well as huge trust and understanding from our contributors.

“We wanted to show that even in the most complex and difficult of stories, there was always light at the end of the tunnel.

“We are in awe of the incredible selflessness and honesty these families demonstrated in helping us share these important stories.”

NICU is a ward for babies who need specialist intensive care when they are firstborn. The unit has special technology in order to provide care for babies who have not reached full development.

Most babies admitted to NICU are born before 37 weeks of pregnancy, or they have a low birth weight, or they have a particular health condition.

Currie said: “NICU is a very special and amazing place where very experienced staff are looking after the newborns and it was humbling for our teams to film inside.

“It can be difficult for anyone walking into a unit like that for the first time, but once you’ve spent time there and understand the level of care and dedication of the staff, it becomes comforting.

“The magic of the unit comes out. We also worked with teams used to filming in sensitive environments, many with experience of filming in a medical setting.”

Viewers were left in tears as they watched Phoebe being looked after in an incubator until she was well enough to go home.

Kerfoot stressed the families and staff were the priority when it came to filming, and they constantly made sure the parents were happy to be filmed.

He said: “As soon as staff realised we were keen to show as many elements of what maternity services are out the for the public, there was immense goodwill.

“However just like with patients we never took their consent for granted and would check in with them every day to make sure they were still happy to be filmed.

“We would also follow their protocols in sensitive areas such as theatre, fetal medicine and neonatal intensive care.”

The neonatal intensive care unit includes respiratory therapists, physical, occupational and speech therapists, dieticians and lactation consultants who all work hard to help babies and their parents recover.

  • Killing Eve: Why isn’t all of Killing Eve season 3 on BBC iPlayer?

Life and Birth was filmed at Birmingham Women’s Hospital and Birmingham Children’s Hospital, Birmingham Heartlands Hospital and Good Hope Hospital.

Midwives and other professionals have allowed access to all areas, and families even let crews take a look at their social media accounts.

Currie said: “The BBC wanted a beautifully filmed cinematic series that was full of heart, that went beyond the delivery suite to show the unfiltered reality of birth.

“During our research our teams on the ground noticed people were constantly glued to their phones in the waiting rooms – and there was a surprising amount of very ‘detailed footage’ recorded by mums and best friends during the births themselves.

“We wanted to find a way to harvest this social media and use it to tell a story which gives the series a unique identity.”

Life and Birth airs on BBC One tonight at 8pm

Call Her Daddy podcast hosts have ‘turned on each other,’ insider says

The “Call Her Daddy” girls won’t even call each other anymore.

In April, Page Six reported that podcast co-hosts Alexandra Cooper and Sofia Franklyn wanted to part ways with Barstool Sports, the brand behind their popular smutty show, because they reportedly had offers — for books and television deals — potentially worth millions.

However, an insider told The Post that the tension has allegedly now morphed into a battle between the women themselves — who have built a reputation not just as co-hosts, but roommates and best friends.

“They’re not speaking to each other anymore,” said the insider. “They’ve completely turned on each other and started arguing over who was the real talent and who did more of the heavy lifting [for the podcast].

“I think their audience would be surprised to learn what has been going on behind the scenes with them. It’s not the loyal, fun-loving friendship they put out there.”

The two-year-old podcast is known for the women sharing graphic details about their sexual exploits and attracts fans who call themselves the “Daddy Gang.”

It became the top-rated female podcast on iTunes and much of the narrative centered around their close friendship: like the time Cooper and Franklyn got drunk in their Lower East Side apartment and exchanged sexy texts with Cooper’s latest fling. After Cooper fell asleep, Franklyn continued the X-rated chat.

They’ve turned on each other and started arguing over who the real talent was.

But fame has allegedly gone to their heads.

According to Page Six, the pair wanted out of their contract as other offers began flowing in. But Barstool owns the trademark to their brand and Cooper and Franklyn were still in the middle of a three-year contract, which reportedly pays each an annual base salary of $75,000 plus an additional $2,500 an episode for every 10 percent of listeners that they pull in above the show’s average.

Rather than honor their contract, Franklyn and Cooper stopped recording episodes in early April.

The insider said that the feud has been stirred up by Franklyn’s boyfriend, HBO Sports executive vice president Peter Nelson, 38, claiming that he has been advising them behind the scenes.

They were offered a deal with podcast network Wondery, the insider said, which was orchestrated by Nelson: “He was quietly shopping them even though they were still under contract with Barstool.”

A rep for Wondery did not respond to a request for comment, nor did Nelson or Franklyn. Through a representative, Cooper declined to comment.

But Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy told The Post he was prepared to negotiate.

“We offered them mid to high six-figure salaries and a way for them to get the intellectual property,” Portnoy said. “We offered them substantial raises just to get them to honor their existing contract.”

The insider said that the deal was appealing enough to entice 26-year-old Cooper, the former flame of Mets hurler Noah Syndergaard. She wanted to return to Barstool and work through her contract. But Franklyn, 28, balked, stoking the bad blood between them.

However, a source close to Franklyn said, “On Monday, Sofia agreed to the financial terms of Barstool’s offer but hasn’t heard back from them. She wants to continue the podcast with her friend 50/50.”

Portnoy declined to comment on any ongoing negotiations.

Meanwhile, another Call Her Daddy source confirmed the pair are no longer pals, saying, “They’re definitely estranged right now. A lot of it is Peter’s doing.”

In late April, the pair, who have more than 222,000 followers on Twitter, launched the hashtag #FreeTheFathers and tweeted, “…legally we can’t speak out yet. What we will say is … We will never f–king leave you Daddy Gang. The minute we can speak, we will.”

Whether they speak in harmony remains to be seen.

“Who knows how this will end up,” said the insider. “It’s gotten ugly.”

Walking Dead season 10 episode 16: Who is the masked man in the sneak peek?

We will use your email address only for sending you newsletters. Please see our Privacy Notice for details of your data protection rights.

Walking Dead season 10 episode 16 will be airing later in 2020 following the coronavirus outbreak. The AMC season finale was due to air on April 12 but post-production was delayed and the finale will now air as a special episode. Fans have seen a sneak preview for the next episode, and they are wondering who one particular character is.

A sneak peek video of the next episode has appeared on YouTube and it shows Father Gabriel (Seth Gilliam) frantically running around a building handing out weapons to other survivors.

He reassures a couple of the children, who say they are scared, and tells them there are plenty of groups coming together who will beat the Walkers.

Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) are then seen fighting off a separate group of walkers, while Ezkiel (Khary Payton) and another team are seen riding off to find further help.

Towards the end of the clip a mysterious masked man appears in the forest wielding two pick axes as weapons. He is wearing a long coat with the hood up, and a mask completely covering his face.

  • The Walking Dead season 10, episode 15: Is this the season 10 finale?

The character seems to be an experienced fighter as he takes a strong stance and performs certain moves which suggest he has had training.

The camera zooms in on him but his face is never seen in the clip, and a number of fans have taken to Reddit to ask who he is.

Wizarddoctor said: “Could this comic character be the masked ninja in 10×16?” and included a photo of Sheriff Kapoor, a sheriff of the Commonwealth.

They added: “Kang [the show’s writer] is a huge fan of the comics. She probably saw the Kapoor cover and thought to herself that he looked like an interesting character.

“So maybe, she is creating her own version of Kapoor and introducing him earlier.”

However, some fans have suggested the mysterious character could in fact be a woman, with some saying it is fan-favourite Maggie (Lauren Cohan).

Showrunners have already revealed Maggie will make an appearance in the final episode, but there have been no details on how she will return.

One fan said: “How have y’all not figured out this is Maggie?”, but other fans have said the figure does not have the shape or stance of a woman.

Other names which have been thrown into the ring include Alicia, a character in Fear the Walking Dead (Alycia Debnam-Carey) or Connie (Lauren Ridloff) from the original series.

Majigor said on Reddit: “Looking at the legs I think it’s female? A new character, Connie or Maggie?”.

But Canadian_in_Canada said: “Has to be a new character. Neither Connie nor Maggie would run up, knives drawn like that. They’d have the mask off to show you who they are.”

Fans have turned to the comic books to see if there is a character who brandishes similar weapons, with some suggesting Mercer.

Mercer is one of the main characters in the comic book series and he is an officer of the Commonwealth and leader of the military there.

  • The Walking Dead season 10: Return of fan-favourite star confirmed

The sneak peek also features Maggie who left the show back after Rick Grimes’ (Andrew Lincoln) assumed death, heading off with her son to search for new communities.

By series nine she becomes fully committed to killing Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) but she realises Rick wants him to live and she blames herself for his demise as a result.

In the clip she digs up a metal case which contains a letter, explaining which of her friends are still alive and warns her that come are head.

Father Gabriel’s voice is heard saying: “Those that might find us help, or come here and help, together we will fight and that’s how we will survive…together.”

Ozark season 4 theories: Nelson used different victim in Ben Davis cover up – here’s how

We will use your email address only for sending you newsletters. Please see our Privacy Notice for details of your data protection rights.

Ben Davis (played by Tom Pelphrey) became one of Ozark’s best-loved characters following his introduction to the Netflix series in season three. The reckless yet loyal brother to Wendy Byrde (Laura Linney) and new romantic interest to Ruth Langmore (Julia Garner), Ben soon found himself embroiled in his sister’s money-laundering business and troubles with the Navarro Cartel. So much so, he didn’t exactly get the happy ending fans desired.

WARNING: This article contains major spoilers from Ozark season 3.

Once he discovered the truth about his sister and her husband Marty’s (Jason Bateman) illegal money-laundering business, Ben’s life was flipped on its head.

Desperate to try and keep their business under wraps, Wendy decided to manipulate her brother and saw the perfect opportunity when she found out he’d stopped taking the medication for his bipolar disorder.

Wendy had Ben admitted to a psychiatric institute as she spotted the threat he posed to their business but he wasn’t going to settle without a fight.

At the hospital, Ben was paid a visit by girlfriend Ruth who was similarly distraught by the measures Wendy had gone to protect herself and Marty.

  • Ozark plot hole: Bruce scene creates huge Jonah and Charlotte mistake

Ruth decided to seek to the help of the local law enforcement to have Ben discharged, going directly against Wendy’s wishes.

The move would prove fatal for Ben who left the unit furious and more desperate for justice than ever.

Upon his release, Ben didn’t go to confront his sister but instead paid a visit to the cartel’s lawyer Helen Pierce (Janet McTeer).

In a furious outburst, Ben lambasted Helen for her involvement within the drug empire and the lies she had spun along with Wendy and Marty but did so in plain sight of her daughter Erin (Madison Thompson).

Ben’s rant not only left the entire operation at risk but it effectively ruined the already strained relationship Helen had with her daughter.

Helen was understandably furious and saw only one way to resolve the issue – killing Ben.

Wendy similarly recognised that Ben’s behaviour was only heading in one direction and took the heartbreaking decision to sacrifice her own brother for the good of the business and her own family’s safety.

Ben was driven out of the Ozarks under the impression his sister was helping him escape to safety but, unbeknownst to him, she was driving him to a brutal demise at the hands of hitman Nelson (Nelson Bonilla).

Fans never witness Nelson killing Ben on-screen but do see him bring a body back to Marty and Ruth to be burned at the funeral home the Byrdes owned.

Or did he? A new fan theory has emerged to suggest Nelson didn’t actually kill Ben but instead used the body of one of his previous victims to cover up his death.

Taking to Reddit, user 30somethingmale explains: “When Nelson killed Sue, you could see he had her wrapped up in plastic. What if they still had the body & when Nelson met with Ben at the restaurant, he took him with him.

“I find it odd that, like Ruth said later, there were no witnesses? Surely Ben would have been loud and made it known he was trying to take him.”

Ozark theories: Jonah shot and killed key character in season 3 finale
Ozark blunder: Fans notice major mistake in Marty Byrde boat scene
Ozark theories: Ben secretly kidnapped by Omar Navarro and Marty Byrde

  • Ozark theories: Fans uncover real reason for major death in finale ep

The theory continues: “Somehow Nelson convinces Ben to go with him, then they used Sues body to wrap up and tell the family it was Ben they cremated? (although it would be a lot smaller body).

“This could of been by either Navarro’s plan or by Marty paying Nelson to find a way to save her brother maybe.

“Although not sure Nelson would go against Navarro,” the fan concluded.

As Marty always tends to be one step ahead of everyone else, could he have set up a plan to save his brother-in-law?

After all, fans never see Sue’s body in her car when it’s ditched in the lake by Helen and Nelson and Ben’s murder is never played out on-screen.

Ozark is available to stream on Netflix now.

Need TV inspiration? Find out what shows your favourite celebrities are watching in lockdown

At times it can feel like there’s too much choice when it comes to TV and that you need a little inspiration. Well, look no further because some of our favourite celebrities in film and TV have been giving their personal recommendations on what to put on the box. And since we’re all at home with little else to do but watch these great shows, the recommendations are coming in thick and fast. From huge hits on Netflix like Tiger King to watching re-runs of Love Island – click through the gallery to find out who is loving what…

Holly Willoughby

This Morning host Holly Willoughby has quite a few TV suggestions up her sleeve. The 39-year-old first recommended The Jinx: The Life and Death of Robert Durst. The six-part documentary series, which is based on true events, tells the story of New York-based real estate heir Robert Durst who is accused of murder after his wife disappears. On the show, Holly said: “It’s fascinating… the last few seconds of that documentary is possibly some of the best TV I have ever seen.” High praise indeed! The Jinx is available on Sky, NOWTV and Amazon.

Phillip Schofield

Holly’s co-host Phillip Schofield is a big fan of Game of Thrones. “I’ve gone for Game of Thrones because it’s won 58 Primetime Emmy Awards and if you wanted to watch the whole thing back to back and you’ve got quite a bit of time, an hour each it would take you three days and sixteen minutes to watch the whole lot,” explained super-fan Phillip. For those unfamiliar of the hugely popular show, Game of Thrones is a fantasy drama based on the set of novels by George R. R. Martin and is considered one the greatest shows of all time. James Corden

The BBC adaptation of Sally Rooney’s novel Normal People has garnered huge attention in the TV world. And it seems actor James Corden is a big fan too! The TV host and former Gavin and Stacey star took to Twitter to gush about his love for the show. “Underplaying the impact of Normal People on @hulu has had on me for just a moment. I honestly think it may have changed my life. Its the best show I’ve watched in so long. @DaisyEdgarJones and @mescal_paul are extraordinary. It’s ALL extraordinary x”. Normal People is available on the BBC iPlayer and Hulu.

Courteney Cox

While we’ve been watching reruns of Friends pretty much ever since it finished back in 2004, star of the show Courteney Cox (who plays Monica for those who unfamiliar) has recently been enjoying watching it herself of late. The actress appeared on Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night show via video-link to discuss how she’s been enjoying taking a trip down memory lane. “I decided during this time, people love the show so much, I decided to binge watch Friends. I just started season one – it’s really good!” We concur. Friends is available on Netflix.

Sandra Oh

Sandra Oh might be best known for her roles in medical drama Greys Anatomy and, more recently, as Eve Polastri in hugely popular Killing Eve, but it seem the Canadian actress has been just as obsessed with Netflix’s Tiger King as the rest of us. “From a psychological perspective, and honestly an acting perspective, they’re brilliant character studies. It’s like when the ego hijacks everything, and reactivity hijacks everything. Also, the narcissistic need and desire to be at the forefront — it’s an amazing study on how to be a cult leader.” Tiger King: Murder, Madness and Mayhem is available on Netflix.

Chrissy Teigen

Chrissy Teigen is known and loved for her witty sense of humour, particularly on Twitter, so when the supermodel turned celebrity chef tweeted last week how much she was loving watching Love Island‘s Winter series from January, fans were pretty excited. The mum-of-two wrote, “Love island question: is a scaffolder someone in construction generally or someone in purely the construction of scaffolding? Also why are all your scaffolders young perfect Ken dolls.” We ask ourselves the same questions, Chrissy… Catch up on last season’s Love Island on the ITV Hub.

John Legend

While Chrissy watches the finest of British reality TV, her Grammy-winning husband John Legend is joining the Tiger King hype. The singer said of the Netflix series, which focuses on eccentric criminal Joe Exotic: “[Tiger King is] wild. The characters are insane, and it’s just a subculture you never think about until someone creates a docuseries like that, and we had a blast watching it.”

Hugh Jackman

Damon Wayans Jr.'s App Will Keep You Entertained During Coronavirus — and Help Others,Too

So far, Special Guest is doing two significant things — helping people break the monotony of staying at home while giving entertainers an opportunity to earn some much-needed cash.

"We are having a ton of DJs getting booked, comedians getting booked," Wayans says. "Standup comedy events are essentially more conversational because you're not doing comedy in front of that many strangers, it's maybe a household full of people or maybe one person that's a really big fan of yours. So it's more of a fun FaceTime conversation, essentially."

The entertainers don't even have to be the center of attention — Wayans says people have booked musicians to play songs in the background while hanging with their family.

"We're really trying to make sure that people are entertained, regardless of being trapped in our circumstances," he explains.

"It's not the actual experience physically, but it's the next best thing," Wayans continues. "You still get that energy, that magnetic energy that you have from hearing your favorite song or hearing your favorite joke from your favorite comedian — or an undiscovered comedian. There's a lot of niche acts out there that are on this app as well that are getting a lot of love."

Wayans believes the app, available on iOS in the App Store, is also a gateway to a more unique form of entertainment than what people may be binging on streaming services now.

"I think the one major difference between television and Special Guest is that this is interactive. You're experiencing this together as opposed to you watching something on TV that's already prepared for you," he says. "And so I think that's a key difference and I think that's kind of what sets us apart from like a Netflix or watching a show. You get to interact and it feels real."

"It's a great way to escape," Wayans continues. "You're just there and then you can be happy lifting your spirits. I love it. I love being a part of it. I love being kind of a solution to the dread."

Son finds decomposed body in his dead mom’s freezer while clearing out her apartment – The Sun

A SON clearing out his dead mom’s Manhattan apartment was shocked to discover a badly decomposed corpse in a taped-up freezer.

Cops said the remains were so rotten they “can’t tell if it’s a man or a woman, or black or white.”

Associated Press reports that the man found the body on April 30 in a chest freezer, which had been sealed shut with duct tape in the living room.

Hamilton Heights building superintendent Asmir Basim told the New York Daily News that the son "opened the freezer and started screaming.

"He says the body appeared to be a woman, very decayed.

"The body had been in the freezer at least 10 years, maybe 15."

The remains were so decayed that authorities couldn't immediately determine its sex, Basim added.

It's not known whether it was the mother's corpse.

Police sources told the New York Post that the son had visited the apartment to clear up her affairs.

It’s not clear when she passed away.

The deceased tenant never gave permission for work to be done in her Morningside Heights apartment, Basim said.

She "seemed like a lovely lady, always very pleasant."

Describing her as a model tenant, he said it was a "shock" to learn of the corpse rotting in her freezer.

She "would never give me access to work in the apartment", he added.

Authorities are investigating the grisly find, and an autopsy is planned, city officials said in a written statement.
