ED Sheeran looks unrecognisable as he transforms into a vampire for his new single Bad Habits.

The singer, 30, filmed his epic comeback video in Catford town centre in south London.

Ed turns on the charm as a mischievous vampire with his crew who descend onto the sleepy town centre and cause havoc.

The video opens with Ed at the hair salon where he emerges wearing a hot pink suit, pink glittery eye make-up, and fangs for teeth.

Ed and his 'Lost Boys' style crew gather outside Catford's famous Joy's Health Sanctuary to terrorise the locals as his infectious Bad habits track blares in the background.

Ed even shows off his fancy footwork by doing a shuffle dance in the middle of his video.

During the upbeat summer track he's seen indulging in his 'bad habits' including pouring loads of tomato ketchup on his food and eating lots of sweets.

He comes face to face with his former self as old Ed is flung from a taxi to meet him.

He soon dissolves and vampire Ed is left to continue wreaking havoc in the middle of the night.

As the sun comes up, normality is resumed, and Ed emerges as fans know and love him, strumming his guitar on a roof top.

This is Ed's first single in a few years and it has been worth the wait.

Ed, who has been enjoying fatherhood since he welcomed his daughterLyra Antartica into the world last September with his wife Cherry Seaborn, is back with a bang.

Ed co-wrote and co-produced the new hit with long-time collaborators including, Johnny McDaid, who he famously got together with his best friend Courteney Cox.
