Love Island star Mary Bedford's family and friends have taken a subtle swipe over her lack of screen time.

The 22-year-old blonde bombshell joined the cast of the ITV2 dating show during the Casa Amor challenge.

She quickly found herself attracted to Toby Aromolaran but is now coupled up with new boy Aaron Simpson.

Mary has won over fans with trendy outfits but it seems like her loved ones would like to see more of Mary on camera.

A post was shared on Mary's official Instagram page during Wednesday's episode of Love Island feature three stunning mirror selfies of the model.

The snaps show Mary posing up a storm wearing a blue coat with her trademark locks styled straight.

The cryptic caption posted alongside the Instagram grid update read: "We haven’t seen enough of Marys face today so here’s some face time."

Unsurprisingly, the social media post attracted the attention of Mary's 373,000 followers, with some rushing to leave a message in the comment section.

One fan penned: "Was going to say this! We need more of her."

Another added: "We need to see more Mary."

A third person posted: "Team Mary all the way."

While former Love Island star Tyne-Lexy Clarson penned: "Needs more airtime!!!"

Mary revealed how she got into modelling in a YouTube Q&A session with fans before entering the famous villa.

When not appearing on the telly, Mary works as a fashion model for the likes of ASOS, JD Women, Boohoo and Miss Empire.

She said in the video posted on her YouTube channel: "I was on a school trip. I was on textiles trip and I was buying a tracksuit off this brand and they said to me 'Do you model?' I said 'no'.

"So she took my number and Maddie rang my mum. She said 'I've got this brand and would Mary like to model for it?'"

Mary continued: "I went to this shoot with my mum. It was a really fun day and after that I just did dribs and drabs.

"I was still in school so I was just building up a portfolio.

"I went to college so I didn't really do modelling then. Few years later and Maddie had started up an agency and she contacted me again about starting to become a model.

"I signed with Maddie's agency and i've since done work with PrettyLittleThing and a campaign for Ego.

"So I literally fell into it. I do model full time now. It's the best job in the world and I'm so lucky."

Fans will have to wait to see how Mary and Aaron's relationship develops on the show.
