The reality TV series follows a group of single men and women who are accused of having meaningless flings instead of finding deep, emotional connections. Francesa Farago and Harry Jowsey

Francesca and Harry were the most talked-about couple of the series as they caused the most gossip and scandal, continuously flouting the rules.

They lost the group thousands of pounds from their $100,000 (£80,000) collective pot, by kissing just hours after the no-sex rule was put in place.

Francesca then went on to kiss friend Haley in order to get revenge on the rest of the group for showing animosity towards her.

By the end of the series, Harry and Francesca had settled their differences, following the big bust-up over Harry lying about who kissed who first.

Harry said he was willing to relocate from Australia to Vancouver to be with her, but their relationship was not to be.

Although the pair visited each other’s hometowns, Francesca wrote on her Instagram account earlier this year announcing she was single.

The post, from Valentine’s Day, said: “Happy V day to everyone getting drunk [with] their friends tonight and NOT texting their ex’s.”

Rhonda Paul and Sharron Townsend

Rhonda and Sharron seemed to make the most progress across the series, with Sharron finally breaking down his emotional barriers and letting Rhonda in.

Both revealed they had previously been hurt in past relationships and did not want to get too close as they did not want to get hurt again.

But they both shared the same lust for each other and almost broke the rules on a number of occasions.

They went on a romantic date on a boat, during which Sharron asked Rhonda to officially be his girlfriend, and she agreed.

At the end of the series, there was an emotional moment where she introduced Sharron to her two-year-old son, telling him this was the whole package.

There is a lack of evidence to say whether the pair are still together, but fans are hoping they managed to keep the emotional connection going.

The pair both shared the same photo from the series on Instagram and some fans have commented on Sharron’s photos asking if they are still together. But Sharron has not given anything away.

Chloe Veitch and David Birtwistle

Chloe and David had a brief fling in the series but they did not leave as an official couple like the other two pairs.

David showed interest in Chloe from the first day, and there was a lot of flirting between them, which prompted Lana to set up a date.

They talked about the obvious “sexual chemistry”, but Chloe did not feel the connection went beyond that, and she friend-zoned him while they were both laying in the hammock.

David came across as a little disappointed as he had hoped over time their emotional connection would grow, but Chloe clearly was not feeling the same way.

A year after filming, Chloe, from Essex, is working as a model while David, from London, set up his performance coaching company called Endeavour Life.

Nicole O’Brien

Feisty Nicole from Ireland was also a fan-favourite from the series and fans even demanded she had more screen time.

Nicole, who lives in Greenwich, London, did not form any romantic relationships but she did form some strong bonds with many members of the group.

She commented on a recent photo on Rhonda’s Instagram saying: “Love you, girl” to which Rhonda replied: “Love you tonnes”.

Nicole also posted a recent video of herself with Chloe, and it seems the pair have become best friends since the series.

They took part in a friendship quiz in the video and the caption said: “Best friend quiz! With my main gal @chloeveitchofficial. You’ll learn a little bit about myself and Chloe in this quiz.

“Do you think you’d pass this quiz with your bestie?.” Chloe replied saying: “Who has a friendship like ours?”

Kelechi ‘Kelz’ Dyke

Straight-talking and sensible Kelz became known as the accountant on the series as he was most concerned about protecting the money and keeping track of what cash was left.

He did not form any strong emotional relationships in the series but he did have a short fling with Francesca at the tropical resort.

Kelz lives in London and plays for the London Warriors, an American Football team based in South London.

He has posted a number of photos from the series on his Instagram account, and there was a group photo of himself with the rest of the lads in the pool.

There is no sign of romance from his social media accounts, so it seems the “king of the jungle” is still on the prowl for a relationship.
